Legal Status of Religious Communites

Summary

In this work, it is dealt with the current question about the legal regulation, which follows and organizes life of religious communities in Serbia. Analyzing this phonomenon, author cites domestic formal juridical norms, from constitution to laws, and legal norms of church as well. At the same time, it is also pointed out at the particular aspects of domestic praxis, regarding the legal status of religious communities.
