A POSSIBILITY OF INFLUENCING ON PROSOCIAL BEHAVIOR

Summary

In order to determine a possibility of influencing on prosocial behavior, we have offered a research and a program that are focused on creative communication and conflict transformation, and which can be a kind of solution for enhacing relationships within the classroom, as well as a measurement against feeling inferior, caused by lack of communication skills that would help awoid manipulation and discrimination. Cooperation and agreement were presented, along with understanding that conflicts canot be awoided but they can be transformed into the win/win solutions. With that maybe motivation for schooling can be influenced too. We are presenting here short version of afore mentioned research.
