LEGAL STATUS OF WOMEN IN FAMILY LAW IN SHARIA
Abstract
This paper will be discussed on the position of women in sharia law, especially on its position in marriage and family, about the impact of religion and customs of her social status and whether it is in an unequal position in relation to men in the Muslim world, or in relation to women from this region a privileged member of the community.
