SELF-IMAGE BETWEEN SECULAR AND SPIRITUAL IDENTITY
Summary
In this work are presented the results of empirical research, which has studied the relation toward religion in one transversal period in Serbia, and differences between those who have chosen religion in professional sense, comparing to those who still resist the process of desecularization, which has become rather vigourous with the introduciton of religious instruction in schools. In statistical data running, the correlation and disriminative analyses were used. The results show that differences between secular and spiritual identity are based in the self-image, which is possessed by the young and especially reffering to the control of own sbehaviour. Morality, sexuality and guilt are points of separation in the case when religiosity is not only the part of declaration.
Key words: adolescents, self-image, identity, orthodoxy, secularization
