RELIGIOUS FEAR AND PSYCHOLOGICAL CONSEQUENCES
Summary
In this work is discussed about the religious fear as well as psychological consequences it causes. It deals for the most part with religious fear in Christianity and less with that in Paganism, that is to say in primitive belief. The basic questions raised in this work are: To what extent is the religious fear present in the feelings of religious people? What are the psychological consequences of religious fear? and Is the faith of people who serve God out of fear of better quality or not? In other words, the intention of this work is to analyze the presence of fear from God and other supernatural creatures in Christianity and Paganism, as well as the value of religious fear referring to the psychic life of religious people and quality of their religiosity.
