PRINCIPLE OF SEPARATION CHURCH FROM
THE GOVERNMENT AND RELIGIOUS TOLERANCE
Summary
After explaining the essential principles of separation, as political principles and principles of law, and historical roots of separation, author takes in consideration the influence of separation principles between church and government toward affirmation on religious tolerance, confirming that the certain principle and its correct implementation necessary condition for producing the principles of toleration. Author introduces institutional solutions which are in the aspect of relations between church/religious communities and government, in use in Slovenia, also complications and future changes, depending on political situation.
